• Learning through play.
HAPPY HIVE CHILDCARE CENTRE PHILOSOPHY
At Happy Hive Childcare Centre, we welcome children of all abilities. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where secure relationships of trust are built between children, educators and families. We collaborate with and welcome families to be a part of their child’s early learning experiences within our Centre.
We recognize the importance of children building and maintaining secure attachments to those who care for them. Our staff are encouraged to be trained in Circle of Security to be a “safe base” for all children and their families.
Our ECEs and CCAs are passionate, loving and educated individuals. They provide meaningful learning opportunities that are curated to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all children in our care. Learning experiences offered by our staff are planned and implemented with intent to foster creativity, collaboration, critical thinking skills, self-awareness, kindness and empathy, along with supporting all major developmental domains.
